Very easy process to replace adjustable platform for a mattress. Staff both inside and were exceptional.
Sarah was most helpful and accomodating. She helped me find exactly what I needed right down to linens. She also helped me find a cost- effective solution. I would do business with your company again based on this experience and recommend you to friends.
Fantastic customer service on the sales floor and great communication post sale. Set up/delivery team was excellent.
Sara at Sweet Dreams in Southern Pines NC was great to deal with. She was polite and professional as very welcoming. We only had our mattress about a week so it's to early to rate that. We have purchased from this location before and would do it again if and when needed. I would highly recommend this business.
