Recently moved to NC and needed a few extra items to complete my home. Kristin went above and beyond expectations with her prompt responses and even telling us about other items on the floor. Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with! I came into Sweet Dreams looking for a sofa and she was so very helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and never once felt like a sales associate, but more like a friend. I had my 7 year old son with me and she was great with him as well. Her communication was superb throughout the whole process (shopping, ordering, needing to change my delivery date and following up after the delivery). I would 100% recommend her & Sweet Dreams!

Shopping at Sweet Dreams Furniture and Mattress was so seamless and stress free. Kristin H patiently answered all my questions, and was both knowledgeable and efficient from the mattress searching phase through to delivery. The delivery crew Jonathan R and Gage Z were just as efficient. They communicated well, delivered on time, installed and instructed me thoroughly on the operation of the frame. I can’t say enough about the Sweet Dream experience from start to completion.
