Greg was great and took the time to explain everything, get to know our needs and didn’t try to sell something we clearly didn’t need. Great experience!! Then we got our delivery the next week and Blake and Andrew were awesome. Very nice, courteous, professional. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing a bedroom set.
We bought our first mattress from Sweet Dreams four years ago and love it. We noticed our bed frame had a broken leg and took it by the store and the next day, we had a brand new bed frame. While there, we bought another mattress for our guest bedroom. Stephen worked with us to make sure we got the best value for the application. As before, delivery and setup was fantastic. We can't imagine buying a mattress from anyone else.

Just bought a new mattress and pillows at Sweet Dreams. Tried two other places and was not impressed. Went to two different Sweet Dreams locations and can state that the customer service in both was outstanding. And they matched the lowest price of their competitors. Bob in the Denver NC store was a great example of how customers should be greeted and treated in any business.
