Customer service is top tier! Came in for a pillow for better neck support as a side and back sleeper as I work on my laptop every day. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, kind, and allowed me to thoroughly test each pillow that was recommended. They also have silk pillow cases which I needed as well. Left with a great pillow, silk pillow cases, and a great interaction. Would recommend!
