Last few times I have been there all the food I ordered was dried out and hard like it had been sitting on the heat for hours. The jambalaya, macaroni, and chopped Angus brisket were all like this. I ordered 3 of each and were all the same. I used to go in there weekly and order. The quality has definitely changed since I started ordering food from there a few years ago.
Best BBQ I have EVER had!! Not only do I love the food, but knowing it's a family ran business makes me love this place even more! Any time you are in the area it is a must stop, I promise you will not regret it!
One of Covingtons treasures. The brisket tacos with slaw are RIDICULOUS!!! Sweet Daddy's has become one of my favs, and a MUST at least twice a week.
