Really enjoyed our meal at Sweet Chive. The sushi chef is genuinely Japanese and you can tell he puts a lot of care and effort into his work. Every piece was made with attention to detail and tasted fresh. The portions were bigger than expected, and everything we ordered was delicious. A great spot for quality Japanese food. Would definitely come back.
Food was decent. Environment is nice and the staff were friendly but it took way too long for us to get our food. Especially when we ordered in raw options.
I can’t say enough good things about Sweet Chive, and I worry if I try the rest of Austin will figure out how great it is and I’ll never find an open table there again! The food is outstanding and very reasonably priced; the staff there are friendly and attentive. I’m so glad we found it!
