The atmosphere in there is not a cozy feeling. The girls call off and they don't have no one to cover them. I requested a refund and they told me that I was going to receive my money by the 2 week. I have been calling and Im getting the run around. No one is calling me back and I still haven't received my money. Don't waste your time with this company I don't recommend it. Went yesterday for the gender prediction package and it was the greatest experience I have had out of all 3 of my pregnancies with 2 other places...the room was nice and big to where you could fit a lot of ppl and even though it was just me and their basic package they made it an amazing experience from the start and sent me home with a lot of ultra sound pictures and allowed me to do a video in the room since my fiancé couldn't be there bc our youngest was home sick from school. Today we had our 4D ultrasound and the tech was amazing! She took her time and got the best pictures of our little man. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future pregnancies. So pleased with our wonderful experience
I had scheduled an appointment for a smaller package, we were mainly looking for the gender of our baby. When we went In the room everything seamed perfect. Once the technician started to do the ultrasound the machine broke down. She called the girl from the front office for help. She was very rude and kept cussing in front of my 3 boys. They had no clue as what to do or what was wrong. They were panicking no professionalism or any answered. We’re not defending anybody as I’m not her mother. We do as we always do and watched film from the studio before we address the issue. We only addressed what we could see and apologized for your inconvenience and addressed the issue of why the tech didn’t return to the room as she was trying to reach a service engineer to solve the machine issue and why you weren’t offered a reschedule of your appointment only.
