Caroline is so attentive and more than willing to assist you with a purchase to suit the occasion and your budget. Such a bizzare experience. My daughter called and was arranging flowers to be delivered to a grieving wife. The lady was on loud speaker and seemed great at the start of the call assisting with what words to write ect.. But then after my daughter gave her credit card details and asked the lady to send a photo of the flowers she turned. She said you need to pay extra . Madeline was happy to do this but then she said she doesn't have the facilities to do this and to look at the 5 star reviews on Google as a gauge of the floris... read more
