Our focus at Sweet Carolina's is traditional Carolina barbeque and seafood. All of our barbeque is smoked in house using a combination of rubs, glazes and homemade barbeque sauces. We use several types of wood during the cooking process including hickory, pecan and apple. One of our most popular menu items is our combination plate where you can choose between any of our barbeque and seafood selections.

Brisket was tough. Pulled pork was dry and appeared “old”. Brunswick stew left a lot to desire. Sauce was horrendous. Need I say more?
