This is operated out of a house in a residential neighborhood. I have no idea what the quality of care is here, but I can tell you that it's a higher pain having them in the neighborhood. They keep the driveway free, so the staff parks all along the street, including directly in front of the fire hydrants. Often staff are dropped off/picked up by vehicles that sit and idle for an hour or so before/after.
