Placed an order on Friday for a surprise birthday cupcake delivery on Monday for my nephew. Cupcakes never arrived. When I called the Manager was very apologetic and stated they have been having issues with orders—fine, understand these things happen. She was personally going to deliver them that evening and call me once they were dropped off. Cupcakes were never delivered. Called again today and was put on hold for over 15 minutes waiting to speak with another manager...needless to say I hung up. I will never use them again... read more

I learned a lesson today. If you are sending these as a gift, make sure the person receiving them will be home to accept. Had a little hassle but I have my yummy Holiday cupcakes now.

We got cupcakes from Sweets By Holly for our Home Depot Christmas party Sunday night at The Casa Marina and they were amazing. Everyone raved about how delicious they were! Thank you so much from everyone at The Atlantic and Girvin Rd Home Depot! My personal favorite was the red velvet and the chocolate peanut butter cup! Yummmm!
