Shower pan in master bathroom wasn’t installed correctly. Manufacturer recommends no more than 1/32 gap between shower pan and shower walls. The gap DR Horton left was 16 times this wide. They said this is by design (manufacturer says differently) and besides it is not covered under warranty. It was also not properly set in a 1-2” mortar bed and leveled so the shower pan makes awful noises when stepping on it and even for a couple of hours after a shower.
