I am beyond impressed Sweet Betty’s customer service and as stellar as that is, it doesn’t even compare to the skill and amazingness of their cakes. Sweet Betty’s recently did my birthday cake and they captured everything I could’ve ever asked for. It was a spot on design for me. The cake is moist and will make you keep coming back for more. Andrea and the ladies who work here are Cake Bosses in my book!!! Sweet Betty’s has gained my service for all my cake needs for sure!!!!

I have had a cake made for my “50th” birthday and it was delicious and perfectly exactly as discussed. I also had the most amazing Hippo cake created for a baby shower and it was a huge hit! I have never seen anything like it! Oh wait then I have had numerous cakes made for friends and by friends for birthdays and other events........my favorite was the Sugar Skull cake! I went into the bakery for the first time. Did not know much about the bakery. Wanted macaroons and asked the cashier about them and thr only thing she bothered to tell me was that they were made in the back. Never told me any flavors that were offered for macaroons or pricing. Not very welcoming. Will not be back.
ordered my son's high school graduation cake and the cake tasted good but wasn't what we had ordered, paid way too much money, and the customer service was horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!
Our wedding cake from Sweet Betty's was amazing! It turned out beautiful and tasted great--we got so many comments on how yummy the cake was! The Bettys were so sweet too and the shop is lovely. Would recommend them for sure!!
