I love Thifty's Ice Cream so that is hard to mess that up. But the rest, unimpressed. I asked for a sugar cookie as well, it is was severely undercooked. And the girl behind the counter never greeted me. Stood and stared at me like I disturbed her. She only said "cash or card" and do you want a receipt.
The cookies were freshly baked and delicious! Great variety of ice cream flavors, and the young man working the counter was SO friendly and welcoming! We will be back!
The concept & icecream are good. The shakes come with 2 toppings and a cookie, but if you don't want them in the shake they won't give them to you on the side. What's the difference? Why be so stingy? It's that kind of short sided attitude that makes me never want to return. So much for repeat business.
