I posted yesterday how we loved going to Sweet Frog in Huntersville because my daughter enjoyed the way Sam was always so sweet to her but then noticed that my comment was deleted. I see that customer service is not top on your list. Too bad that someone so friendly isn't around but what's worse is that you guys deleted my comment on how my kids and I enjoyed going there. Shame on you...

Customer service clearly isn't on the top of the list at sweet frog. I noticed the lady that usually took care of me, Sam wasn't there and it was super slow.

I just had the worst experience a sweet frog that I think I've ever had usually a really nice company been going there for years but today I had horrible customer service. The next time I want sweet frog I will definitely go to a different location...
