Sweepy Hollow was the only company out of three that contacted me back in regards to installing a rain pan and cap. Amber was very pleasant when making the appointment and you couldn't ask for a better technician than Mike Walker to show up and do the job because he was very outgoing and professional. I was so pleased with the service that I had them come out the following week to install a rain pan and cap for my neighbor. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.
After a couple of years of burning wood in the fireplace, we managed to bust a hole in the backwall firebrick. I had just bought $100 worth of firewood and brought it home for my wife, she loves a good warm fire in the cold winter, so, she was not happy about our fireplace being out of commission. Our technician Mike was on time, professional, and THOROUGH. He cleaned the inside and outside area of the fireplace, and checked for safety problems from below and from the roof. No mess! He showed us pictures of the chimney problems created by the roofers, and rather than pressure us to have him fix it, suggested we should go to the roofer's warranty first. Great experience with sweepy hollow. The technician arrived right on time unlike other companies I've used in the past. A few issues were found during the inspection. No hard sales or scare tactics used. Emailed full report with attached receipt. will recommend and use again next year!
