Very unprofessional. I booked a deep cleaning a month and a half in advance to make sure that my house was done the day before taking pictures to put on the market. Didn’t hear a confirmation from the company so I messaged them on Friday morning with no response. I messaged again on Sunday to verify what time for Monday with a response the night before that they were unable to do it. Now I’m in a bind trying to find someone. I had such high hopes with so many recommendations.
