Let me first start out by saying if you get DR COHEN he’s awesome. I went to him 4 months ago and what a great dr and his staff. However, I had a situation arise needed to be seen and he was unavailable. I told the staff my issues and was given an appointment with Dr Jaffe. I trusted he would be knowledgeable to handle my concerns. I apparently was wrong. The initial visit was ok. Then all my other visits they ran real late. An hour after my appointment time, would call me back to go and wait in another waiting area. They did not explain the surgery well enough. Also felt like I was pressured into the surgery right away. Now that all my surgery appointments are done I will not be going back. Can not recommend to anyone.
We specifically asked when scheduling whether all paperwork could be completed online, and were directed to a website where we completed the forms before the appointment. When we arrived, we discovered the office is on the second floor and the elevator out of service. After making our way up the stairs, we provided our insurance card and were handed a clipboard full of paperwork to complete. I explained that I had already filled out all of the forms online.
