I am very disappointed by the lack of concern shown for the patient’s well-being. I visited two weeks ago for a consultation, and while the doctor I saw (not naming them here) was helpful and referred me to a cornea specialist, there has been no follow-up since then. I had upcoming travel plans, and the doctor mentioned I might need to cancel depending on the cornea specialist’s recommendation. The entire staff from Dr de Paz to Ms Sonya and everyone else made my time very relaxing. I was very nervous when a walked in not knowing the outcome but they all were great, thanks John
I called to schedule an appointment and was asked about my insurance and whether a referral was required. I explained that I wasn’t sure and asked where I could find that information. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was unwilling to assist and came across as abrupt. Monday, January 1226. It has an appointment for my wife drove across town to get here. Just to find a note on the door claiming they had no power. And if they would call us to reschedule, regardless that the entire building had power, including the restaurant on the first floor and the elevators.And don't come here if you need to pee. It's a pay for play toilet.
