I have seen Dr. Alex since postpartum with my first child all the way postpartum with my second. She helped my pelvic instability so much during pregnancy...made a HUGE difference in how I felt. I love that she does soft tissue work so the adjustment "holds" and she gives you exercises to do at home to avoid the problem in the first place. I love that I'm always going to get a straight answer and realistic goals for healing injuries. So down to earth and easy to talk to and learn from. Very informative. Experience is always easy- never feels like the typical doctor's appointment with either Dr. Alex nor Dr. Pierce.
