If I could give no stars I would. I just had the worst experience at a dealership in my whole life. I was on their website and looking at a truck that had the price right there on the website. Drove from an hour away went in to purchase this vehicle just to be told their website was wrong and their was nothing they could do. So i tried to see what they would give for a trade in and the amount was insulting. Please save your time go somewhere else and dont ever trade something in here.
Stay away ! They reached out to me three times confirming I was coming by 7 . I called at 5:45 asking if car was still there I was ready to leave , I was 45 minutes away . When I got there my appointment was on the board sales gentleman was professional everything great till he went to find the car . Stay Away. We were given a test drive in a fully loaded AWD Blazer. We were happy with it but wanted red. We were told, "Same exact car just red". 1st issue, the price that you agreed to is only for GMC employees, which we were not. They tried to make it right, by giving us extra money for our trade in, but still our payment went up by $25 per month. It was about 8pm and we signed all the paperwork, and received our car. They part was$ 110 and labor$ 150 at other dealerships. This was for antenna and base replacement. They charged me $542.70! Double the price! In these charges was misc fee $24.86. I will never recommend them to anyone. I will travel to lordstown or Salem before returning there. Absurd prices. Maybe a *** would get a better price. ****** Learned.
On TV, Sweeney has an ad that says if Sweeneys buys your lease, Sweeney will give customer a check for $2,000. I have a 2019 equinox with approximately ****** miles and my lease is up. Two weeks ago sitting in the dealership, I was told that I could order another but it would be one that was tagged and they couldnt guarantee the color or monthly lease cost. I have had the worst experience at Sweeney, spanning multiple weeks since the purchase of my vehicle. I vehemently insist anyone who is considering a purchase there to drive an hour in the other direction and go to another dealership. I purchased my vehicle on December 11, 2019 which is a 2017 GMC Acadia.
