I contacted Sweeney along with other contractors to get a quote for moving a dryer vent. I spoke with Kari who asked me to send in photos which I did immediately. Kari then followed up later that day and two days later to thank me for my patience as they talk it through. No response from me was needed. Three days later Kari got back to me and instead of giving me a quote, she questioned whether or not I knew if it was a dryer vent or bathroom vent (it's definitely a dryer vent) and that it could be an illegal placement.
