Started the processes of seeing a doctor early January. We got the wrong referral because it did not say Pain and Headache clinic. So we had to resubmit. Was instructed by them that should not be a problem, and we should be able to get in by end of February. We got the referral all straighten out and was told that they will contact us on Friday to set up an appointment. Friday came and gone so we called on Monday and was informed that they need to contact our insurance so they should be in contact with us on Friday. Again, F... read more
