The staff, including the doctor, were all personable, and were pleasant to me. The doctor took interest in me and listened to what I had to say.
Dr Nowak’s bedside manner was not professional. He was texting on his phone as I was trying to explain my symptoms. Did not feel heard at all. Made me feel like I was wasting his time.
