This is one of the worst places to have care for your actual needs with chronic health conditions. The correct information needed to be sent for any appeals to insurance or anything seems a very low priority to whomever deals with that there. They will lie to you and tell you things have been sent for 2 months but nothing actually does. They will tell you this to maybe not ask anymore or question why important matters arent being addressed. Had a lab appointment and lab tech was very sweet & polite. She is very good on her sticks you can hardly feel she has poked you. Always a pleasant experience at the lab here.
The ladies at the front desk are super sweet. The office itself is very nice. However, the lady taking my blood wasn't really nice. She was very rough. She just poked me and then just yanked it out very roughly. Both hurt quite a bit, but the removal was the worse. I've had a lot of blood tests but this was probably the worst ever.
