I've had two poped blisters on my right foot& right toe since Jan 2025. For three months I took care of it, dressed it and made sure it doesn't get infected, but as I'm diabetic, my two wounds wasn't getting better. I finally started my treatment in April 2025 at Swedish Wound Care Center and it's still getting taken care of, by Dr. Ro. My husband had a wound that took 3 months or so to heal. At each appointment he had with Dr. Wei, he never waited until the numbing medication took effect and would prod his wound without empathy. Dr. Wei comments sarcastically, "My husband is not manly enough to take the pain." I do not know why Swedish would allow such a callous, unsympathetic, and non-caring doctor.

Dr. Tie Wei told me (despite having test results and an ultrasound that the wound was infected and an abscess had formed) that the wound wasn't infected and doesn't have an abscess. He made me cry more than once while treating my wound and doesn't listen or care about patients. Dr. Ro on the... read more
