My husband had a wound that took 3 months or so to heal. At each appointment he had with Dr. Wei, he never waited until the numbing medication took effect and would prod his wound without empathy. Dr. Wei comments sarcastically, "My husband is not manly enough to take the pain." I do not know why Swedish would allow such a callous, unsympathetic, and non-caring doctor.

I am giving three stars because Dr. Ro is amazing. However, Dr. Tie Wei is terrible. I have a wound that was not healing and was referred to this office. Dr. Ro did cultures and found out that the wound was infected and I had an abscess. Dr. Tie Wei told me (despite having test results and an ultrasound that the wound was infected and an abscess had formed) that the wound wasn't infected and doesn't have an abscess. If there were an option to give negative stars I would gladly do it. I brought in a relative and the experience was disheartening. I watched the front house staff treat patients with an enormous amount of disrespect and cruelty. I understand working during a pandemic and being overworked and short staffed.
