In May, I made an appt for July and was then told the day-of that my appt doesn't exist. The scheduler was rude and unapologetic.
This office is a joke. I was sick and had to wait a week and a half to be seen. Then they cancelled on me. This has happened to me multiple times at this location. They cancel half an hour before your appointment which is extremely disruptive for anyone who has to take off work. They told me to go to urgent care or the emergency room for care - my own doctor’s office tells me to go somewhere else for care - shameful!
Lady who answered the phone for Primary Care (Yasmin) was not professional or friendly at all.
Unhelpful, unempathetic, and professional Clinic staff and Clinic management. While the MDs are good, and sometimes even excellent, trying to get an FP (Family Practitioner) appointment is not just difficult. It's almost impossible. In my case, that's at least, in part, a product of exceptionally high FP turnover. Based on my recent conversations with amazingly impolite clinic scheduling staff (who represent and disseminate the clinic management's policies and attitudes), I'm not surprised there is high MD turnover.
