Whoever works the front desk at this facility really should reevaluate working with other human beings. The attitude on display was completely unprofessional, pathetic, and incredibly rude. The doctors could be wonderful but I'll never know. Shrug.
This was my doctor's office for almost 20 years. I haven't been in there for 3 years because I haven't had any reason to see a doctor. I was told I'm no longer considered a patient, and needed to find a new doctor's office because they're all full now. My fault for not getting sick I guess. Unreal.
I am very disappointed with the front desk service at this clinic. The receptionist who answers the phone is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She does not treat patients with kindness, and instead tries to control the conversation. When I asked a simple question about the doctor’s availability, she refused to answer and even hung up the phone on me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a medical office where patients deserve respect and clear communication.
In May, I made an appt for July and was then told the day-of that my appt doesn't exist. The scheduler was rude and unapologetic.
