This is about the lab on the fifth floor. Incompetent!!!! Check in lady rude. Days prior I was given some wrong specimen collection vials and had to return to get the right ones and the orders corrected and put in the corresponding vials because the girl had then all messed up. The guy who I communicated with today was inept and confused and attempted to give me a vial and left the order sitting somewhere, then didn't give me back one of the correct vials that he took from me but left in the back. I showed up 20 minutes before the posted 0700 opening to be first in line for lab work. At around 0715 a lethargic employee showed up to unlock the door. At around 0725 she opened the check-in window. Even though I was first, and recorded my arrival time as 0640, she helped 4 people before me. After waiting an hour I was told my lab orders were over a year old, invalid, and expired. They are dated mid July 2023! No wonder their rating is two and half stars. I needed to take my 9 month old for a blood test. They didn’t seem to know how to draw blood from a baby and had to poke her multiple times. After two attempts I told them to withdraw from heel or otherwise I was not interested since the baby was screaming. Then they said they can do with heel. The lady was really rude and inaccurate.
