As always Dr Hsue was attentive showing genuine concern about my health. I need to add that the lab tech Serina was amazing. She respected my religious practice about covering my arms in front of men, outside my immediate family. Serena went extra mile and I truly feel appreciative of her understanding and kindness

Dr Michael Richter is the new PCP at Swedish Union Hill ( Redmond ) taking over for the retired Dr Richard Bayles. Great bedside manner & clear concise communicator. Easygoing, humble yet very time efficient, knowledgeable and a great listener. Off to a great start!
Staff was very helpful and kind. My Dr saw me immediately after check in. All was handled well and I’m sure quite competently. The only problem I had during this initial visit to the Redmond Swedish facility was that Dr M Richter was listed as being at a different clinic, making for a bit extra driving and a small amount of anxiety. However, even that was very helpfully dealt with by Swedish staff. Overall a good visit.
