Coming twice for a simple procedure and still not attended to!
We have had ongoing issues with Swedish Hospital - Redmond, specifically Dr. He’s office, and at this point it feels like a systemic problem rather than an isolated inconvenience. The office appears to be either chronically understaffed, overbooked, or operating under a flawed system that relies almost entirely on MyChart while offering no timely human follow-up.
