Had a really great experience with my doctor, the primary care unit, and the front desk.
They failed to diagnose the issue inspite of going for a regular appointment, urgent care and an emergency appointment at Redmond Swedish during the same week. We then had to go to Seattle trauma center emergency to get the right treatment. The doctors in emergency and the regular doctors are condescending, lazy and inexperienced. 5 stars for the doctors. 0 stars for the shady billing practices. Routine annual exam, ideally should not have to “see a doctor” to get tests ordered. Out of pocket to get tests ordered - doctor visit $150. Ideally shouldn’t have to see the doctor to interpret basic results. Swedish says they noticed something worth discussing. Doctors visit $350. $500 for an annual preventative physical, learnt not one new thing from it. Complete money making racket
The Redmond Ridge facility is nice, but I find their billing cost high. I had a 10 mins call after the annual exam, they charged me $350 for it.
