Wonderful committed physicians and clinic staff. If I still lived in Seattle that’s where I would go
Absolutely dishonest office that was a huge headache to deal with! [TLDR: Told me they were in-network with my insurance and I confirmed on my insurance website as well. After getting a huge bill and calling this office + my insurance many times, I discovered they’d fallen out of network 3 MONTHS PRIOR to my appointment. Great staff!
My experience at Swedish Ravenna has always been good. It helps that a late family member was a medical doctor, so I know exactly what to ask when I have an appointment. Both Dr. Uppal and Dr. Olsen have always answered my questions to my satisfaction, and both have provided top-notch care. The front desk staff has always acted in a professional manner. I'm very happy that Swedish Ravenna is my primary care provider.
They are better than most. I feel those low stars are people who felt inspired to review out of anger. Few review when having a decent experience... I think this location is great. Nice staff, helpful, good communication. If you need a doctor, I know it's rare to find much better. 10/10 would get sick again. ^_^ Thanks Sweedish! You rock.
