Over the years I feel like the front office and administrative aspect has gotten much better. Doctors are personal preference and they do have a lot of turnover.

Similar experience to others below. Care was fine but not stellar. Physicians constantly changing, so no continuity. But the big problem is overbilling. (At an annual checkup, I had a simple question that took a couple minutes and was billed - in addition to the annual checkup - for an additional outpatient visit of moderate complexity requiring a detailed exam and history requiring a half hour and moderate medical decision making.) Feels like a scam. Called to schedule my yearly physical, was told they couldn't see me for 3 months. Then was told the doctor has time to see me in a week if I instead pay for the "non-insurance" covered appointment. Also, asked I could transfer my care to a Swedish location closer to my house. Was told I would need to schedule a $200-$300 first patient appointment with a new location, because they can't simply transfer my profile.

This place is a joke. My whole family has been coming here since 2015, and literally gotten worse every year. Do not recommend
