Update - scheduling has improved significantly, updating to 5 stars. We have received excellent care when we are able to secure an appointment. However, scheduling and protocol with siblings feels impersonal and inflexible, which is frustrating when you have sick little ones that need care - hence the 3 star rating.
I’ve been bringing my children here for care for the last 3 years and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Cronin is amazing. She’s very caring, understanding and listens well. She is down to earth and very personable. She addresses every concern and makes you feel at ease. Whenever we need to get in and Dr. Cronin is busy, we see Ha Roni, and she’s just as incredible. I am so grateful for this clinic!
My daughter has gone here for almost past 2 years now and it is always a good experience. We love her care team and super grateful for them. Would recommend!
I had a great time here with my daughter, we ended up swapping after they stopped accepting tricare but it was amazing while it lasted.
They scheduled me for a virtual appointment and the provider didn't show up. I called 10 minutes in and the office said the provider was running late. I waited another half an hour and no provider came. Then I called to schedule another appointment and I was told they wouldn't schedule me again because it's a red flag to miss an appointment and the appointment setter was extremely rude and refused to help me. Said he couldn't write the note to my care team and talk and listen. He never informed my care team to contact me.
