My daughter has gone here for almost past 2 years now and it is always a good experience. We love her care team and super grateful for them. Would recommend!
I had a great time here with my daughter, we ended up swapping after they stopped accepting tricare but it was amazing while it lasted.
They scheduled me for a virtual appointment and the provider didn't show up. I called 10 minutes in and the office said the provider was running late. I waited another half an hour and no provider came. Then I called to schedule another appointment and I was told they wouldn't schedule me again because it's a red flag to miss an appointment and the appointment setter was extremely rude and refused to help me. Said he couldn't write the note to my care team and talk and listen. He never informed my care team to contact me.
You don't usually get to spend a lot of time with the doctors who, overall, seem very rushed and have cursory answers to your questions. I mean, Swedish is a business that overbooks doctors so they have to rush from patient to patient, and, unfortunately, this makes it difficult to spend time with patients and thoughtfully answer questions.
