Both the Dr. Moen and the scheduling staff made us come several times, charged thousands of dollars and in the end sent us to other clinics. They wasted our time, money and provided none of the actual help. It feels like entirely commercial service not caring for patient's finance, worries and actual needs
January Update: Updating this review to 5 stars - staffing and scheduling has become more reliable and it seems there has been an effort to resolve previous issues. November Review: Had a good experience at first but quality of care and attention to detail is certainly degrading. They will cancel appointments on you with very little time to adjust and when you do need to reschedule (even if urgent) you are then left with the worst times possible. They will cancel appointments on you with very little time to adjust and when you do need to reschedule (even if urgent) you are then left with the worst times possible. They do not try to make any amends nor do they seem to care. They have forgotten to mention critical check-in dates (for babies/toddlers) which are especially important at that age. My 7 year old broke her leg just days before Christmas and after getting delayed with Children’s. Swedish got her in the next day for her cast. Follow-up care has been excellent and my daughter enjoyed her visits in spite of the challenges of having a broken leg.
