Had a good experience at first but quality of care and attention to detail is certainly degrading. They will cancel appointments on you with very little time to adjust and when you do need to reschedule (even if urgent) you are then left with the worst times possible. They do not try to make any amends nor do they seem to care. They have forgotten to mention critical check-in dates (for babies/toddlers) which are especially important at that age. My 7 year old broke her leg just days before Christmas and after getting delayed with Children’s. Swedish got her in the next day for her cast. Follow-up care has been excellent and my daughter enjoyed her visits in spite of the challenges of having a broken leg.

Number provided did not reach to this hospital , even at 8 am it states it's closed . Cannot reach .
Person that makes the appointments is rude but does it in a cheerful voice which makes it worse. Hey lady thanks for nothing. Have a wonderful day!
