If I could give a lower score than one star I would. For openers, I was misdiagnosed for the cause of my lower back pain. $5,000 out of pocket after insurance later, no help. Followed by an "oh...this is what it is." Then to add to the insult, I was recommended to a psychologist and breathing expert where I was charged $336 just for the "facility charge" which was their office chair. Seriously!
