The clinic has terrible scheduling and patient care planning. After booking a preliminary appointment two months out, I received a call a week prior saying they were canceling it (with no explanation) and rescheduled me for an appointment 6 weeks later. This information was shared via voicemail. When I called back 5 minutes later, I waiting on the phone for 20 minutes and was never put through to a human. I wait my appointment two months and before 4 days they called me and proposed to move my appointment on September, MORE THREE MONTHS!!!!!! IM SO ANGRY, NOT RECOMMENDED THIS CLINIC FOR ANY ONE AND OTOLOGIC - Young Chris Yang. this is no respect for people and out of time
Doctor recommended a CT scan of my sinuses but I kept getting denied by insurance because of a typo the doctor made on the write up and he didn’t make the correction until the 4th attempted CT appointment. Been trying to make an appointment since then but get stuck on hold for 30 minutes + each time I’ve called for the past few weeks.
