This rating is for the scheduling, not actual care. I pressed the option on the phone menu for booking an appointment and was transferred directly to an AI assistant. After being on the phone with the virtual assistant for a long time that included a lot of repeating myself, I was finally able to book an appointment. The AI said it was holding the appointment but I needed to confirm with a real person and put me through to the office where I waited on hold. Despite a consistently low rating I was optimistic, and relieved to finally be going to an appointment I had waited months for.
