Similar to what others have mentioned, Dr. Chan seems to be very rushed and lacks patience to address patients' questions or listen to their descriptions of symptoms. He never responds to follow-up questions on MyChart. Even worse, follow-up appointments require a wait of several months. You'd better to avoid Swedish ENT in the first place if you have alternative option.

Dr Chan doesn't seem to have an interest in getting to the source of the problem. He says "Everyone has allergies" and pushes prescription drugs to see which one works. Subsequently went to an allergist who identified the exact problem and is helping to address both root cause and symptoms.

He failed to mention that he was performing a nasal endoscopy that classifies as a surgery. He wouldn't even tell me the name of the procedure, despite th... read more

I had a really good experience here. I got a referral and they actually called me to get scheduled, which is so rare nowadays. I did have to book a few weeks out to be seen for a first visit. I arrived and street parking was easy, $3.50 for an hour. There’s also the large pay parking garage on the other side of the street. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional girl at the front desk. The waiting room was comfortable and well sized. They had magazines and hand sanitizer plus masks. I was seen within 10 minutes of ... read more
