The easiest 5 star review I have ever given. My wife went thru 2 years of severe pain from the hip. 4 Emergency room visits for the back when it was the hip. She saw Dr. Ibrahim and he related it was the hip that needed to be replaced. No other option. My wife was SO impressed with him it was a quick trip to surgery. Started at 11:00 am and home at 6:00 for dinner. Everyone was awesome. She only needed a couple vicodin and 2 oxy's as the hip pain was GONE. The staff is unreal...ten star stuff. It's nice and cozy but packed at times
Dr. Hein and and my care team were amazing pre-and Post op. The day of surgery we had problems getting an IV in, but other than that surgery was fast. Easy and over with before, I knew it. However, just today I had to call in and reschedule my appointment and the receptionist and this she's the only reason why i'm giving it four stars otherwise it would have been five, but she was a major capital B word so rude, she was She talked to me as if I was either slow.Mentally or a toddler like I wasn't understanding her when it was... read more
I've never been treated so well out of the 8 surgeries I've had, 7 with complications!.The staff was incredible in the PICU & were never more than a minute from checking on me to manage my pain & make sure I got what I needed. They are a testament to their field & made me feel like a sports Pro! I couldn't have been in better care. Keep up the amazing work!
