I spoke with a very rude and uncouth representative named Diana. During the conversation, she accused me of lying and proceeded to argue with me about my last menstrual period (LMP). I informed her that I am 8 weeks pregnant, but she insisted on lecturing me that gestational age is based solely on ultrasound (USS), not on LMP. I found this bewildering and unprofessional. The worst clinic ever, i was referred to them from ER and needed to see obgyn asap due to severe pain and bad diagnosis when i called they told me they wont see me until october, i asked what should i do manager said we don't know take hydrocodone and go to er, i said i cant take pain meds for so long also this is something i need to take care of asap, she said sorry its your problem. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Thomas. After a really bad experience with a previous gynecologist —finding Dr. Thomas was truly a blessing. From the first visit, he listened with patience, answered all my questions in detail, and made me feel genuinely seen and heard. He saw me urgently not once, but twice, and last time scheduled my surgery the very next day. Everything went smoothly, and I felt safe every step of the way. This is regarding their scheduling professional/receptionist, Meredith. After calling, what feels like, every OB/GYN clinic in the state...I got on the phone with this office. I was lucky enough to speak with Meredith who was SO kind, empathetic, proactive and over all a delight to have on the phone. She promptly got me scheduled and it was such a relief to speak to someone with a kind voice who had compassion for my situation. Ten thousand stars for Meredith! Hopefully the provider will be just as lovely.
