Impossible to schedule a new patient appointment. They received my referral 3 weeks ago and claim they need insurance authorization, even when my insurance doesn’t require one. I asked to speak with the department who gets the auth and was told there isn’t one. I asked for a callback from a supervisor on 2 different calls and still haven’t received a callback.
