RecommendedJustin was amazing in working with him and my son's Volvo! He was fair, flexible and fantastic at setting our expectations as it related to our vehicle. He also was very patient in working with our insurance company, USAA, and kept us informed all along the way. If you have a Volvo and looking for a better repair shop than the local dealerships (i.e. Borton, where we were never treated well), Swedish Motors is your guy and Swedish Motors is your place to take care of you investment!

It's not often that I'm completely blown away by an act of customer service, but Justin gets some massive props from me. I took my V40 in for some major, multi-day service, and when I asked if a loaner was available, he offered his own car. When, by a complete fluke, that loaner car developed a fixable, yet inconvenient bug of its own (the driver's side window was stuck open), he made a house call on his own time, in crappy weather and driving conditions, to get it driveable.
