Tried 3 times to schedule a call back to no avail.
Nothing but good experiences for me and my teenager
I'm not sure how they are even running this place, you can't reach anyone no matter what day or time. They simply let anything go to VM, but then really never call back. It took me 50+ calls (unanswered), 7 VMs to finally get a call back to make an appointment. Now they want me to prepay which I would love to do, but they didn't apply my insurance. I've tried several times to get through and ask them to update the estimate to no avail. I'm flabbergasted at how poorly run the imaging place is, I'm glad when I can go back to m... read more
I had an excellent experience with Swedish Providence Issaquah MRI facility. The technician Ricky was very accommodating and informative. He answered all my questions and communicated well with me during the process. Also Georgia in the scheduling / records department was phenomenal.She was extremely helpful in getting the images / reports sent to me and my doctors.
