I called this facility and talked to Charlotte who was very helpful in making appointment. Although it is in early September, their appointment is not until mid-December. Charlotte mentioned Redmond had ealier appointment so while I booked December, I told her I will see where in Redmond the office was and possibly call to reschedule. So today, which is just the day after I booked, I called to reschedule to the Redmond location. Excellent care in the imaging department.. Jane at the reception desk is amazing; she really tries to help patients.
Tried 3 times to schedule a call back to no avail.
Nothing but good experiences for me and my teenager
I'm not sure how they are even running this place, you can't reach anyone no matter what day or time. They simply let anything go to VM, but then really never call back. It took me 50+ calls (unanswered), 7 VMs to finally get a call back to make an appointment. Now they want me to prepay which I would love to do, but they didn't apply my insurance.
