Their ultrasound machine is old and located in the ER. How inconvenient, I had to go to the ER and pay ER fees to get access to an ultrasound machine to make sure I don’t have a blood clot. Staff at Imaging was rude. Swedish now Providence needs to invest in a newer ultrasound system and better access, not going through the ER. I understand it serves the people in the hospital, the incoming customers and ER. I was wondering about the accuracy of this old model as well. Providence please invest in a new ultrasound machine!!!!
I had to have my first ever MRI this morning and I was incredibly nervous going in. I have some anxiety which did not help (and I didn't think I was claustrophobic, but I definitely did not love that MRI machine lol)!! However - Joel, the technologist performing the MRI, was so amazing. He was professional, helpful, and incredibly caring. He explained understand the process, helped me get as comfortable as I could, and without his amazing care I don't think I could have gotten through the MRI without completely chickening ou... read more
I had to call several times because the doctor hadn't sent the orders. Shannah was so helpful, she finally called the doctor's office herself and got them moving. The next day I was able to book my husband's appointment and the person I talked to that day was super nice.

Took our son for imaging. The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. Their overall system is digital via mychart portal and works great to share X-rays with Drs. The wait time wasn’t bad and walkins for xrays is great.
