Called at 420pm I sat on hold for 40 mins and just hung up. Super frustrating!
Just had a brain MRI today with Brad. He was incredibly professional and really amazing at putting me at ease. I had a lot of anxiety and he really helped making it comfortable. Also, he gave me maybe the easiest, painless IV I have ever had. Thank you so much Brad!!
An urgent ultrasound was ordered at approx. 4pm by urgent care doctor. Although this office is open till 6pm, no one answered the phone from 4-6pm. Left message, no call bk. When I contacted the next day, date given was September. 2nd. Today's date is 8/12, really!!! No attention to urgency or staffing. Don't waste your time, go to providence Everett.
Their ultrasound machine is old and located in the ER. How inconvenient, I had to go to the ER and pay ER fees to get access to an ultrasound machine to make sure I don’t have a blood clot. Staff at Imaging was rude. Swedish now Providence needs to invest in a newer ultrasound system and better access, not going through the ER. I understand it serves the people in the hospital, the incoming customers and ER. I was wondering about the accuracy of this old model as well. Providence please invest in a new ultrasound machine!!!!
I had to have my first ever MRI this morning and I was incredibly nervous going in. I have some anxiety which did not help (and I didn't think I was claustrophobic, but I definitely did not love that MRI machine lol)!! However - Joel, the technologist performing the MRI, was so amazing. He was professional, helpful, and incredibly caring.
