Received an erroneous bill. The person on the phone didn't want to research the issue (which was a Swedish issue by the way). She was rude and cut me off mid-sentence. I requested to escalate and she placed me on hold and came back five minutes later, telling me that I would need to call back in. If they continue with these tactics, I'm five minutes away from hiring an attorney and going to the press.

On April 5, 4pm, my wife approached me for reports and was treated poorly, the woman was desperate to leave, poor treatment.
I was told a care review would be conducted due to what I perceived as poor care by a swedish medical doctor. They have taken the course of not responding to my emails for the past months. I would never trust this establishment with my health again.
