I've had nothing but great service from everyone here. I've had blood drawn 3x a week for the past 3 weeks and they've all been so friendly and so quick!
The worst customer service ever they do not represent Swedish well at all they have horrible customer service nobody working there you literally sit in the lobby for almost 2 hours when they initially tell you 15-minute wait this makes no sense please find another lab to go to .... spare yourself the headache!!
I visited Swedish as a walk-in patient in mid-January 2025 to have a single blood test done to check my hormone levels. The phlebotomists were kind and professional, and I really appreciated their care. At the time, they assured me there would be no charge for the lab work, though there was some initial difficulty with entering my insurance information into the system. They are always really nice and work hard to get people through very fast. Some days are really busy, while other days are slower. The staff working there cannot control the line length because this is a walk in lab. I saw another review that complained about the number of people waiting, which I get, but the staff there are doing the very best they can. I really appreciate this lab and their very kind and gentle staff!
First of all, this location is within the Edmonds Medical Plaza across the street from the main Edmonds Medical Campus. I've tried to correct this multiple times, but it hasn't been accepted for some reason. Second, this location is the best! The phlebotomist is amazing - she is super nice and friendly and every time I have been here to give a blood sample, it has been completely painless.
