Had another great experience. Quick, very personal and friendly service.
More personal service than a larger lab. The Phlebotomy technician, Anh (sp?) was the absolute best. Kind and gentle. Highly recommend.
I need to make an appointment for blood works and I've been on hold for someone to answer the phone for 25 minutes and finally gave up. Five minutes in, I was told by the machine that I was the next caller. There is no way that the phone has been busy for 25 minutes straight. So frustrating.
Only take your loved one to Swedish Edmonds if you really hate them. There is no compassion, decency or any of the attributes they say they believe in present there. Go anywhere else. It is the slum of hospitals.
