Modern facilities, friendly staff, great gift shop.
Staff and surgeons were great. Procedure went quickly. Facility is clean and modern. My only complaint is the person who called the night before and requested upfront payment of what they said would be my cost after insurance. The amount I was quoted and paid was 10x the amount I was billed by my insurance as my responsibility. Now I have to wait several weeks while everything is processed and hope the excess upfront money gets credited back to my credit card. If you have good insurance don’t do the prepay option!!
