My wife is extremely pregnant and we had to wait months for an iron infusion we ran late but called ahead and we missed the grace period they gave by 10 minutes and they refused to see us and forced us to reschedule we came from over an hour away and got stuck and rerouted behind a massive traffic accident on our way. Very disorganized, I could’ve gotten my rabies vaccine there but was redirected to go somewhere else, got a phone to wait after being sent away. Only to be sent away again. Not only did they waste my time, they made it really difficult for me to cancel my appointment for the next series of vaccine by directing on the phone to irrelevant departments. Never coming back or calling to this disorganized clinic again.
I was very anxious about my infusion. The team was friendly, caring, and talkative which helped with my nerves. Everything was clean, professional, and (mostly) painless.
They get you in and out in a flash. Everyone very professional and efficient.
