I’ve been trying to get hyperbaric therapy treatment since November and still waiting for the clinic to get benefits approved for services. The worst services.
They do not get your needs met and they also do not listen to what the patient needs.
Dr. Polizio was not sympathetic at all to the pain I was experiencing. This is crucial to any new patient or any patient that seeks care for their wound. They had me do a compression wrap when I was there and it became too painful and when I mentioned it to him all he said was “sorry for your pain” and walked away. It took me 15 minutes to get someone’s attention so that I could take the wrap off. If you cannot control the pain to get the patient to comply with therapy, then therapy cannot be done.
