I was continuously brushed off and misdiagnosed by Brieda Staunton. Which is disappointing given her great reviews. Rushes through appointments and “can’t do anything for you if you don’t wanna go on birth control” straight from her mouth. Not even offering a referral to a gyno/ dr who could help. After meeting with a specialist that deals with pcos and endometriosis he was able to confirm my suspicions in the first appt… using the same ultrasound she had ordered that she claims was completely clear. The doctor I had was good Dr. Sulte I think. And I felt as if I was listened to and heard . The nurse or that followed up with me showed a great amount of care. I can’t seem to recall her name she was older woman, very caring and very compassionate and she helped me out with a hot pack and a cold pad and she said if I wanted to wait in another other area, I could for a short period of time and then she will have to give the room to somebody else. Every doctor I had there were amazing, except Dr. Abbasi. She's extremely rushed. She could finish a prenatal check-up under 3 minutes. She also signed me out of the hospital postpartum without actually checking on me and that led to a series of issues. Fortunately, other doctors in the same department took care of me. The postpartum wing's heating an cooling also malfunctioned and it was an extremely uncomfortable stay. I would come back for regular ob-gyn checkups. The facility itself is very nice. The office staff is pleasant. I have seen two different OBGYNs there and the bedside manner is lacking. Honestly, I've had better care and instructions from phlebotomists after donating blood. The office has this spa like atmosphere, but it's like any other medical facility where they wanna get you in, do the least, and get you out. The first red flag was not allowing my support person come with me for a test that is quite triggering for me. The second was the amount of pressure the nurse(?) used during the ultrasound, I had never had such an uncomfortable ultrasound + I had a cyst so there was no need for that kind of pressure. The third was feeling a total lack of care and consideration. I was not even given anything to clean off with after the pelvic exam.
