I only live in Chicago about 2 weeks a month and the other 2 I am in FL. Sunday while here I had a medical emergency that almost ended my life. The paramedics brought me here and the staff took AMAZING care of me while my wife was flying up. I was here for a few days and everyone was very nice doctors and all. They got my in quick and constantly checked up on me. Even when I was finally downgraded from ICU my nurse Talia was so attentive and friendly and really helped relieve my anxiety. most doctors are nice here but most nurse are rude. One african American nurse is kind and helful
5 stars for the emergency room care. A new company has taken over this hospital. ER remains excellent, but no staff to clean the bathroom beyond dirty. I got great care. It's always very full. I noticed a lot of people not from here and not insured. I waited a good while, but I also got all the lab tests, x-ray, MRI etc to get a full diagnostic picture of my issues and alleviation of pain and discomfort.
