I've given gallons of blood and been poked and prodded by many phlebotomists over the years, but have never experienced this kind of ineptitude. Viv didn't clean the area, or even feel for a vein before she tied my arm and just stuck in the needle in a very strange place while my arm was bent. When she didn't hit a vein she poked around several times until she got lucky. I tried not to move or emote because she had a needle in my arm. Worst service. I called the number, and the staff answered with such careless attitude—it feels like the bar for picking up calls here is way too low. This is my first ever negative review, but I’ve really had enough.
