Dr. Joseph Raviv, of Northshore University, and Swedish Hospital, is a dangerous, incompetent, corrupt criminal that performs unnecessary surgeries on patients for additional insurance money. I visited him on July 24th, 2014, and all I needed was endoscopic sinus surgery (where the surgeon widens the sinus passages to create better drainage). Very rude. Front desk was very rude. Did not address us by our sex m-f they just call everyone sirs like wtf. Face masks are not required an desk lady about got cussed out if my kid was not here she'd be looking dumb. Very Very rude as far as customer service goes. Desk needs to learn how to be kind to people who come into the urgent care.

Your New Inpatient Beds Stink. Also your 2nd floor medical observation until is in need of a major over-haul. I came in by Ambulance for vomit up blood and coffee grounds, and the ER doctor was going to send me home with possible stomach bleeding. I had to beg him to keep me at least one night to be sure I was okay.

ABUSE! ASSAULT! Your LOVED ones are in DANGER!!! The staff are all miserable humans with no regard for human life!!! My grandfather has been abused post surgery. He is being pushed and throw into his bed and the staff has no shame committing the assault in front of visitors! Post surgery, he is not recovering because the staff is ABUSING HIM!!!!!!!!! We have to transfer him to another hospital just so he can recover from his surgery! AVOID AVOID AVOID THE TORTURE CHAMBER!!!!

I visited Skokie EMergency room around 7am on 3-4-2021. Asked guard wearing PS4 company jacket at entrance of er for assistance but he was busy on his phone. I ask again but man’s was rude and ghetto and did not direct me properly. I his name and he say Corelo. I look for someone to make a complain later on and see a lady with 3 stripe patch talking to coelo about smoking marijuana and dispensaries. I love Swedish Hospital, will use them again when needed!
